cpp found limits.h in FIXED_INCLUDE_DIR, but not in STANDARD_INCLUDE_DIR

I have tried compiling natively again, but this time i have used '-O2 -pipe'
instead of '-O2 -march=loongson2f -pipe'.

And it works!

I will try to build 0912 snapshot again using 0912 snapshot with '-O2
-march=loongson2f -pipe' and see if it still segfaults.
