cpp found limits.h in FIXED_INCLUDE_DIR, but not in STANDARD_INCLUDE_DIR

I am so sorry. I take it back.
I thought genautomata was at an early stage of gcc building.
So when I saw the building was still going so smoothly after a relatively
long time, I thought it is already passed.

Actually it is not. It still segfaults.
I will take a look at Jay's suggestion.
