Question about ObjC++ state

I tried to describe all of gcc development, past present and future, 
for all submitters...  I don't think this is a change.

Let me phrase it this way: We plan on doing it at some point in time, 
but someone else could beat us to getting it done.  If you want to do 
the work, as always, we welcome the help, if you want to sit around and 
wait for someone else to do it, that is fine too.  As to when this will 
be done, well, I cannot say, as I just don't know; this is why I said 
it will get done when it is done.
