Hi Aaron,

If you've had more than 1-2 patches accepted and plan to contribute more 
in the future, and have an assignment on file, then you already qualify 
for CVS access. You just need to nominate someone - probably a 
maintainer who is familiar with your patches - to "approve" your access, 
then fill out the form here:
