Successfully built GCC 3.4.2 for i585-ncr-sysv4.3.03

A successful make bootstrap of GCC 3.4.2 on NCR MP-RAS 3.03.

Output from config.guess:
	i586-ncr-sysv4.3.03

This required an update of config.guess to recognize the new version of the operating system.

Output from gcc -v:

	Reading specs from /usr/oss/lib/gcc/i586-ncr-sysv4.3.03/3.4.2/specs
	Configured with: /usr/oss/src/gcc-3.4.2/configure --prefix=/usr/oss --enable-obsolete --with-as=/usr/oss/bin/as --with-ld=/usr/oss/bin/ld --with-gnu-as --with-gnu-ld
	Thread model: single
	gcc version 3.4.2

This was built on NCR MP-RAS Unix version 3.03.  Minimum prerequesites in order to build GCC for this version of NCR MP-RAS Unix are GNU Make and GNU binutils.  This was built with the compiler distributed with NCR MP-RAS 3.03.

Since I notice that this target has been obsoleted, I would like to know what steps can be taken to restore support for this platform.
