17.201.21.139 and rsync://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-cvs

A typo I made in /etc/crontab caused the machine 17.201.21.139 to
update its local copy of the GCC CVS repository via rsync every 6
minutes instead of every 6 hours.  Presumably due to this, the machine
was blocked from that service.  I've fixed the crontab, so if someone
could get rid of the block, I'd appreciate it.  Sorry!
