Bugzilla's Patch mechanism

I believe that Bugzilla should autoforward any patch (along with any 
comments added at that time) attached via the Bugzilla webpage to GCC 
Patches.

As of right now, posting a patch via the webpage significantly lessens 
the chance of review.

Worse, it allows for the possibility that it will be reviewed, approved 
and applied, yet the patch never had been posted to the gcc-patches for 
perusal by a wider audience as well as having a copy in its archive.

Thoughts?
