two more test results for 3.3.3

I have GCC 3.3.3 build successes and test results for two more platforms:

First, mips-sgi-irix6.5 (using native compiler, assembler and linker).

Second, alphaev6-dec-osf5.1 (now called Compaq Tru64 Unix).  Again,
Native compiler, assembler, and linker were used.

I didn't build Java or Ada in either case.

In each case, there were a couple of test failures, but generally the
results look good.
