GCC-3.3.4 Release Status

  There are 49 open PRs targetted for 3.3.4.  A fair number of them
have already been fixed on mainline and gcc-3_4-branch; 10 of them are
not specific to gcc-3_3-branch.

  The release date is set for May 31, 2004.
