gcc-3_3-branch unfrozen

Hi,

  The 3.3.x series branch is open again for bugfix patches.  This will
lead to a release of GCC-3.3.4 on May 31, 2004.

  As was the case for GCC-3.3.3, non-regression bugfix patches will be
accepted too, provided they are not invasive.  After April 31, may not
be accepted.

  I will send a release status report in a moment.
