Done.  I was given CVS access because I happened to contribute several patches
that were considered small changes.  (BTW I've never understood if N 15 line
patches count as N small changes or as a single small change requiring
copyright assignment).  I'm sorry for having caused trouble.  I also look
forward to having the papers filed and being able to revert the reversal.
