Are cctools-528 compatible with apple-gcc 3.3 build 1493/Darwin 6.8 (Mac OS X 10.2.8) toolchain?

Yes, they are compatible with 3.3.  (They have to be, because Apple 
will be supporting both 3.3 and 3.5.)
