Those are the same versions I'm now running on the gentoo-amd64 box, and 
tree-ssa's test suite now runs. Yeah! And I now have mail working so I 
can (and have, for i686) post test results to the appropriate mailing list.

I spend more time updating and upgrading and working oround conflicting 
dependancies... ah, life on the bleeding edge. Gotta love it.
