cygwin version of gcc

cygwin and gcc are collectively maintained by the cygwin and gcc groups. 
  Issues should be sent to mailing lists rather than to individuals.  It 
looks like your current issues are more cygwin issues than gcc issues, 
so the cygwin mailing list is a better place to discuss them.
