GCC 3.3 Branch Frozen

Just to let you know that the C++ testsuite now (a few hours before the 
freeze) looks in much better shape on Sparc/Solaris 2.5.1 and 2.6, the only 
regression being the infamous:
FAIL: g++.other/decl5.C caused compiler crash
