No other solution really cuts it.  Even people just fooling around need 
to be able to check out how well they're doing.

I'm too new to the community to offer to provide leadership, but I can 
certainly provide expertise, support, and, if necessary, software for 
the kinds of computationally-intensive codes that SPEC-FP uses.
