glibc 2.0 targets

This is a RHL 5.2 target.  If someone wants to volunteer to fix it, 
great, but I wouldn't personally care about it unless I was getting paid 
for maintenance work for a legacy system.  I doubt the original 
submitter cares about it anymore either.

I don't think there is anything to obsolete here.  There is no special 
configuration name for glibc2.0 targets.  And I see that the install 
documentation already says that glibc-2.2.5 or later is required for 
libstdc++ to work.
