Unfortunately not.  They have different non-overlapping feature sets.
i370 supports EBCDIC.  s390 does not.
i370 support MVS.  s390 supports linux.
i370 supports 370 hardware and up.  s390 requires 390 hardware.

It would be nice if the two ports were merged together, but meanwhile we 
need both of them, as they are both in use.
