GCC 3.3.1 and GCC 3.4 Schedule

I suppose it would be helpful to notify the maintainers of those parts
of GCC that are affected by/responsible for these regression and/or send
overviews to the gcc list.

When Mark did that during the 3.3 release process, I got the impression
that this helps.
