gcc for HP-UX 10.20

with GCC 3.3.  GCC 3.3 can be built with the bundled HP compiler.
I recommend building and installing GNU make and binutils prior to
building GCC.  The GCC install documentation contains further information
on building under HP-UX 10.20.
