I could also work on adding a duplicate finder to the bug submitter.
KDE, GNOME, and Mozilla have ones.
They work based on parsing stack traces out of bug reports and seeing 
if other bugs have the same trace.
In our case, i could just search for where the ICE is reported + 
summary.
I've got the comments, and description and summary full text indexed, 
so we can just see if anything has a >some value relevance.
