release tarballs should have LAST_UPDATED containing release tag?

Okay, thanks.  Dan, if you send the updated patch to gcc-patches, Cc:ing
me, I will apply it for you.

And I'll also have a look about adding something like
  echo "CVS: ${CVS_TAG}" > LAST_UPDATED
to the release script.
