Problem compilation with gcc

Dears,
I have a problem with compilation the source code idediag.c.
If I compile this code into Borland C++ ver.3.1 the target program work
correctly and results from this program is OK.
If I compile this code into GCC with using RHIDE 1.4 the target program
working, but the results from this program is not accurated.

the  supplements <idediag.c> <1010_hdc.h>
