What's happening to SPEC's 164.gzip/176.gcc/254.gap??

I didn't found any :(
Aditionally the permanent and daily testers runs different machines
and the gap problem is visible on both, the other two are not.
The BIB wasn't synchronized for a while, so at least gap problem may be
real.
I will check daily tester to see what happen there.
