patch for -Wno-long-long and early GNAT compilers

    We have never built GNAT on alpha linux (we = ACT)

Amusingly enough, one of the faculty at NYU did many years ago (roughly
1994) and it worked "out of the box".

I think RTH probably has a recent version, though.
