C++ Parser

Since the cp-parser-branch(-2) is up again, may I point that the
the following: 

http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2001-12/msg00214.html

as never been reviewed (and I never made a reminder since the branch 
was abandonned at that time). But those are mostly small fixes and
clarifications made on the sole examination of the code but that I
strongly believe to be true... and eventually can be of some value
(left to your appreciation).

Also, if I may be of some help on the new parser, I can try to devote 
some time to it.
