GCC 3.1.1 bootstrap failed on hppa2.0-hp-hpux10.20

I am a newbie for HPUX. I installed the following toolchain,

GNU make-3.79.1
GNU binutils-2.12

The system has the previous GCC 2.95.2,

# gcc -v
Reading specs from /opt/gcc/lib/gcc-lib/hppa1.1-hp-hpux10.20/2.95.2/specs
gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)


The results of configuration are,

# ./config.guess
hppa2.0-hp-hpux10.20
 
#./configure --prefix=/opt --with-gnu-as --with-gnu-ld --enable-
languages=c,c++,f77
Configuring for a hppa2.0-hp-hpux10.20 host.
*** This configuration is not supported in the following subdirectories:
     target-libffi target-boehm-gc target-zlib target-libjava zlib fastjar target-libobjc
    (Any other directories should still work fine.)

#/usr/local/bin/make bootstrap

Do I need other toolchains or configure flags? 

Any suggestion will be appreciated,
