You can't even tell this. You really need to be more aware that copyright
problems are not as simple as you think. For instance if what you are doing
constitutes an inducement for people to do something which would itself
violate the copyright, then there might be issues of contributory
infringement, or even misuse of copyright. 

Copyright issues are *not* simple. Please don't presume that they are, and
please do not expect to get free legal advice on this particular mailing list.

It is also crazy to ignore possible legal problems ...

Please be clear I am not saying that what you are doing is problematical,
just that it may be, and it is your responsibility, not anyone else's,
to ensure that what you are doing conforms to the law of the land :-)
