We have reports of successful 3.0.3 builds for both HP-UX 10.20 and for
HP-UX 11.

I guess they haven't gotten around to packaging the newer compiler.

You can build it yourself from source if you like.  This should be no
problem if you have a C compiler; if you don't you could download 3.0.1
binaries and 3.0.3 sources and proceed from there.
