Probably. ;-)  Seriously, I performed some restructuring yesterday, and
you fell into a short window of time where this page had been removed
from gcc.gnu.org but the link on www.gnu.org hadn't been updated yet.

The automatic update script now fixed this problem 50 minutes ago.
