can't build gcc-2.95.2 on SCO OSR 5.0.5

Hi

I did the following on SCO OSR 5.0.5 for building gcc-2.95.2:

1)install rs505a and oss499a, reboot my system.

2)run configure
# ../gcc-2.95.2/configure --prefix=/usr/gcc-2952 --enable-shared 
--enable-threads

3)make
# make bootstrap

It raise the errors like :

What should I do?
