alpha-linux ada binaries

I wrote:

Well, nothing per se.  This turned out to be a slight case of "Not My
Glibc Installation".

I moved the offending `repaired' copy of stdio.h out of the way:

toon@super:/usr/local/gcc-ada/lib/gcc-lib/alpha-unknown-linux-gnu/3.1/incude
$ ls -l std* 
-rw-rw-r--    1 411      1002         4481 Dec 23 14:45 stdarg.h

-rw-rw-r--    1 411      1002        11505 Dec 23 14:45 stddef.h
-rw-r--r--    1 411      1002        21691 Dec 23 14:33 stdio.h.opzij

and had a successful build of GCC (all languages except Chill), using
the following build line:

(PATH=/usr/local/gcc-ada/bin:$PATH export PATH; ../combined/configure
--prefix=/usr/snp --disable-nls && make bootstrap && make -k check)

Now the only thing I need is a good book about Ada :-)
