GCC 3.0.3 Prerelease

A new GCC 3.0.3 prerelease, containing most notably Richard's patch
to fix the glibc asm regression is available here:

  ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/snapshots/gcc-3.0.3-20011217.tar.gz

Assuming no major problems, I will run the release checklist with these
sources on the (delayed) schedule announced recently.

Please test!
