C++ Issue on GCC 3.0 branch

  Would you mind preparing a small testcase to demonstrate the
problem?  (Compile this file, compile that file, note that they both
generate definitions of the same constructor.)

  Then, mail them to me, with the PA traget-triplet and cc1plus
command-line options.  I should be able to track down what's going on,
although someone may have to remind me about how some of the PA
assembler directives work...

  Thanks to both you and Jeff for getting us this far.  I think this a
case where I can probably step in to get us past this hurdle.
