Error while compiling gcc 2.95.3

Hi,

Attached is an error message while compiling gcc 2.95.3 on Red Hat Linux 
2.95.3.

Sometime my machine even get rebooted when I run make bootstrap.

I have untarred gcc2.95.tar and it nmade directory in
/home/vaghgelan
so I have all sources in /home/vaghelan/gcc-2.95.3

now I create two directories build and object in /home/vaghelan
so Now my hierarchy is :
/home/vaghelan/gcc-2.95.3
              /build
              /object

I ran from object directory /home/vaghelan/gcc2.95.3/configure...
sometimes machine rebbots when configure script runs....
But sometimes it gets thru...

After successfully running configure script I ran make bootstrap...and I get 
the error message attache in the file....

Can any body help in this regard...
