Incorrect advice about gettext?

That's outdated. Thanks for reminding me to change that now that 0.10.36 is
out.

Whoops, that '--defines' shouldn't be there :( Seems like I forgot to check in the patch
that removes it. I'll do so asap after I've brought my trees in sync with
CVS. Sorry for the hassle you had and thanks for the reminder.
