Bernd Schmidt, release manager for GCC 2.95.3

	What is the status of the reload fixes?  If I remember correctly,
there was a fix applied to the gcc-2.95 branch and then a better / more
accurate / more correct fix developed by your and discussed by Franz.  I
believe that it is in his collection of patches.

	The reason that I ask is because 64-bit PowerPC support which was
working gcc-2.95.2 is showing failures at the head of the gcc-2.95 branch
the last time I checked.  32-bit PowerPC is unaffected.
