Sir,
I downloaded - gcc-2.95.2-sd-11.00.depot.gz. for installing gnu c compiler
in our newly prchased HP9000 version 11.00 server. The same was unzipped
using gunzip and the resulting .depot file was installed using swinstall.
Installation however had few warnings.
To the best of my knowledge I have set the paths correctly.
A simple program was tried and all the compilers (c++ , g++ and gcc) give
the following error:
as: "/var/tmp/cco4Geld.s", line 22: error 1052: Directive name not
recognized - NSUBSPA.
I wish you could throw some light to solve my installtion problem.
Thanking you and waiting for an early response,
Sreekumar
