More problems with egcs.cygnus.com

That would work, but it would require that *all* services on
gcc.gnu.org live on all mirrors. For Web, that may be reasonable; for
CVS, it is not so easy to arrange that a check-in on one of the
mirrors immediately becomes available on all other mirrors and the
source system.

Of course, users of anonymous CVS should be using anoncvs.cygnus.com;
users of rw CVS are currently encouraged to use gcc.gnu.org
(egcs.cygnus.com works as well).
