I really don't have the time to do this for every project that might be
hosted on gcc.gnu.org or sources.redhat.com.  Someone pointed me at a legal
issue and it had to be addressed immediately.

Uli is the person that originally put it up on the site.  It's his
responsibility to DTRT.
