GCC 3.0 Release Criteria

  Mark, I need to indicate the above somewhere on the gcc-3.0 release
  criteria list.  Please indicate an appropriate place.

Please make a separate page in the gcc-3.0 directory explaining how to
run LAPACK and how to interpret the results.  Then, add a paragraph in
the applications section of the criteria document explaining what's on
that page, and linking to it.
