No, lazy I think.

libgcc2.  If we have reviewed and accepted the libstdc++ v3 mods to
the wording, and it is more appropriate than libgcc2, then it.

I took a glance at the wording in libstdc++ at the top of the gcc
tree, and it appears to be reasonable.  I'v not reviewed the current
v3 wording.  I have glanced at it, and it was much easier on the eyes
than previous incarnations of it.
