Look at existing ports that support interrupt.  For example the H8, even
though it uses "interrupt_function" should give you a good idea of what
a port needs to do to support interrupt attributes.

I don't think any binutils changes would be needed.  The attribute typically
just changes the function entry/exit sequences.
