EGCS __interrupt__ attribute

In a former life, I recall that the amigaos port (m68k) does have __interrupt__
support... it has not been folded completely back to egcs, but you may
wish to dig into that. People such as fnf@ninemoons.com, or Kamil Iskra,
might be able to help you.
