C166 port of gcc???

Is there any information on this compiler on the net?
We shouldn't go accusing anyone of anything unless we are
sure we have the facts straight, but such a restriction isn't
permissible for a derivative work of gcc, and if it is not
a derivative work of gcc, calling it "GNU" is at the least
deceptive.
