I don't.
This is contrary to the spirit of html.
The intend is to separate _contents_ from _representation- (aka.
rendering).

The logical tag "<code>" should suffice. It is a separate issue to
teach your browser to represent these tags in a way sensible for you.
Doesn't lynx support style sheets?
