Online docs page should provide a downloadable PS version (?)

I guess it is useful for those folks that e.g. install a Linux distribution
with a binary copy of gcc. It usually only ships with info docs. They will
probably never compile gcc from the source, but still want a printed out
manual. Printing from the info pages does not look very good. For those people
a .ps.gz version would be useful. .pdf does not look very useful for me, 
because it is mainly for online browsing, and info does this job fine.
