Online docs page should provide a downloadable PS version (?)

I just don't see the benefit.  If people want a ps or pdf version, they
can get those by building them from the sources.

The html  versions are meant to be a convenience to people that want to
browse stuff via the web.  We're not trying to provide comprehensive docs
across all popular formatting tools on the web.  We've got better things to
do with our time and network bandwidth.
