Several people have made suggestions like this, so I'll explain the problem
a bit more clearly: I don't have a CVS working directory of the egcs tree,
since I have no net connection at home, and at the university the disk quota
is too small. So "cvs diff", or "cvs update" is not going to work - they
require a working directory, while "cvs rdiff" doesn't.
It doesn't matter that much, the 1.0.3-1.1 mega patch was just a little
inconvenient. Thanks to all who tried to help.
