special tool versions to build egcs

autoconf - well, I've got autoconf-2.12 & automake-1.3 here and it
seems to work.

gperf - you need 2.7 with the gperf-19981006 patch (in the
infrastructure directory on the ftp site).

bison and a lex are needed, but I'm not sure if the lex must be flex or not.

And I'm sure I've forgotten something...
